Roosevelt Island
Je
calme. Il y a le pont à 59th Street comme dans la
chanson de Simon & Garfunkel.

Taking some time to practice India inking, with photos from the Courrier International.

Here's
a bunch of stuff I drew for Dan Price to put in the Chronicles.

They say there's bears around here
Look, a pretty stone house

So they had to build him an addition. (straw, hemp, bamboo, lime, tile, stone, metal, concrete, wool, brick, wood, cordwood, cloth, earth, fiberglass, cement block, corn stalks, plastic, cardboard, clay...)
...and then, with all my little doodles, I made a bunch of little blank books and cards to sell.

I can't hear anything anymore
"want me to tell you a story?"

"It's perfect the way it is"
"No, we should build it out of straw"
"No, out of wood with awesome traditional framing"

their friends helped (maybe... straw, stone, wood, lime, hemp, concrete, earth, cordwood...)

It was a little ridiculous, but it was pretty.

So pretty the bear came to live there and there was no more room for anybody.
"I never use oak because I can't cut down an oak...
and then your chestnut, you aren't going to let someone massacre it with a chainsaw"
